I’ve been involved with JYPA since its start through my young daughter’s love of drama (singing and dancing) which brought her to join this all inclusive acting group and we haven’t looked back.

Watching the young people bloom, grow and make new friends during their time with JYPA is very rewarding but my main role is to sell “tuck shop” goodies which means you get to know many members a lot better.

Providing the volunteers with tea and coffee is something I’m also known for.

Not sure I’d ever want to be on or front of stage myself, but I absolutely love helping and watching from the sidelines.
