I have been lucky enough to have been involved with JYPA since the very first show which was School Daze in 2019.
My daughter, who was then 9 years old, auditioned and got a part.

The JYPA bug started then and I was asked to chaperone. Years later, I am more involved with painting set, to even having a go at sewing!

I have worked in a primary school before and helped out with their productions. I really enjoy seeing the young people become more confident as the weeks go on both on and off the stage.

When COVID hit, being part of the Time Capsule that JPYA set up for all the young people was an incredible idea. It was a great experience and kept us busy each week and was something fun to look forward to.

Dream role is such a hard question as I love all things musical, especially watching a West End production in the theatre at every opportunity
