JYPA - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

You are invited to attend our AGM on 1st June at Maufant Youth Centre.

Hear from the committee about what we’ve been up to over the last year and learn about our plans for the rest of the year and beyond!

We are also welcoming applications for the following roles on the committee:

VICE CHAIR - supporting the Chair in leading the committee, leads in the absence of the Chair and represents the committee externally where necessary

SECRETARY - records and maintains meeting minutes, policies and committee decisions and works with the Chair & Vice to prepare and distribute agendas

MEMBERSHIP SECRETARY - maintains membership records, ensures data protection compliance and handles any new applications
